My name is Lua, I'm a Transformational Life Coach, an Innovator and entrepreneur with 16 years experience in business leadership in the creative industries.
I was the founder of a clothing brand that caused a storm, worn by countless celebrities and musicians! I was also the founder of a music collective that I led on to play at festivals UK wide such as Glastonbury and beyond. I founded the SisterWorks organisation empowering women in creative industries leading a team of 40 women.

Personal 1:1 Coaching
I will give you the valuable guidance and support you need to uncover your true motivations and get you committed to your dreams. In the 2 x sessions we will remove any blockages and release you from any blindspots that have been keeping you held back in life and from pursuing this dream.
You will have 'Aha" moments that help you see the light, and have you transform your current situation and get you started on your journey to becoming a business boss!
Weekly Group Sessions
Each week we will take on an area to go to work on - custom to your needs.
The group will each share whatever is getting in their way, and what they may currently be dealing with in their lives and in their business planning. There will be 2-3 hot-seat coachings during each session. In which you will hear something for yourself in the others sharing and in the coaching given, even when it is not you in the hot-seat! This highly effective method helps you get related, connected and experiencing awesome transformations.
Facebook Members Group
The members of the programme will be in an exclusive facebook group, which is a safe space for you to share openly about what you are dealing with throughout and to support and help each other. I will offering continuous support throughout the weeks via the facebook groups, between our weekly group coaching sessions, and offer up several videos and valuable posts to keep you motivated and inspired.

These 1 hour 1:1 sessions will be booked at a time to suit you, once you have registered, and will take place between Week 1 and 2 of the programme. You will be able to book your own personal coaching slot directly into my calendar.
WEEKLY GROUP COACHING SESSIONS
Session 1: Monday 11th January, Session 2: Sunday 24th January, Session 3: Sunday 31st January,
7pm-8.30pm GMT /UK
6-7.30am AEST
These 90 min Group sessions will be vital to your transformation and goals, so please make sure you can attend each of the three sessions wherever possible. If you cannot attend for any reason, you will receive a recording.
DEBRIEF SESSION

These sessions will be to have a 30 min debrief and creation call. We will make sure you are raring to go forward in your business and make sure you ar clear on your next steps and will happen in the last week of the programme at your convenience.
